Underdark time not in sync

The Underdark is about a day ahead of the other servers.
Steps to reproduce

Go to any of the servers and type -date to look at the difference in the date from the Underdark.

It resets your crafting points when you go from the UD to any of the other servers, or one of them to UD. This doesn't happen if you go between one of the other servers, however.

This is resolved.

We were notified of time drifts across the UD where the TIMESTAMP would update to try and keep itself in sync. However, the notifications were still coming every 30 minutes. Usually these are a result of lag endured by larger events and the server doesn’t quite get over it even though events end.

With the reset, the servers then rebalance their time to the appropriate time stamp. I had the team do a test across three servers and all were in sync. There is some wizardry in the background to ensure that time does not drift and stay drifted.
