Bladesinger Path feat is available as bonus feat only?

Bladesinger Path feat is available as bonus feat only?

Is it by design that the path of the Bladesinger feat is only pickable as a bonus feat? at least that's the case on the PGCC server; you can pick it at lvl 12, 18, 24, etc but not at 15 or 21, which seems... tremendously odd.

Not a bug. It’s how the classes are designed due to specific limitations.
