Epic SF - Transmutation cannot create portal

My character, Oswald Greenbottle, has ESF -Transmutation feat, and have used the -teleport create command before. A few weeks ago our group played and I had not used the Epic SF ability that night, but I tried later in the night to teleport us all home. It would not work. I made sure I had plenty of spell component charges, and I do. I had leveled up that night to 29th level (24 Wiz, 5 Loremaster) and had taken a wizard level. So not sure if leveling did it or just is now broken for me. Any other Information needed?

Oh tried it tonight, I have 51 charges, and still not working. Not sure what is up with it now. This little Hin doesn't like walking ... please help!!

I would love for you to use the bug report template and give us some additional information:

1. where are you trying to use the teleport command from?
2. was the area warded from teleport?
3. did you receive an error?
4. what happens when you use the radial menu option for ESF transmutation? you can access that under the spells section of your radial menu (right click where you choose and it's your 1:30-o-clock option)
