Pilfering poem acting weird

Bard song pilfering poem sung after any other song seems to lose it ability to increase open lock. Here I sing healing song giving me 15 in open lock after that I sing pilfering poem and my openlock drops to 6 which is only coming from dex bonus and good luck spell.

Seems this bug is still present. My disable trap was not raised at all by this song.
