Silver Mine Underdark Issues

Description of Bug Experienced:
Module: Arelith Underdark
Area: Underdark (Upper) Silver Mines
Problem 1: The transition to enter the mine is particularly small and buggy because of the ground it is on and the fact it is too far back I believe. Clicking on it doesnt seem to work and wiggle walking on it is the only thing that lets my Orog enter.
Problem 2: One of the centermost resource node is perpetually stuck in the wall where you cannot reach it.


Expected Result:
1: Being able to click the transition and enter the mine
2: Being able to get at all of the ore veins

Actual Result:
1: Clicking does not allow you to enter, you must side walk bump against the transition to enter.
2: Cant reach the ore in wall. Need a gnomish drilling device to burrow into the wall to get the ore out(this would be an interesting addition to mine at range but alas it doesnt exist)

This ore has been bugged in wall the last couple of days and throughout resets(even after the ore had changed types).

Forgot to mention this...

Problem 3: The map pin currently labeled as "Exit" is not in fact an exit. It is the way down to the Flooded Lower Levels of the mine which is a dangerous area.

Now there is a new issue...The mine entrance(near the upper hills portal) is putting me in the wrong position. When I am holding W to run over it twice it has randomly thrown me into the temple side rather than walking me into the normal area by the anvil.

Edit: I was holding down W at the time so perhaps something bugged? I know NWN enjoys doing it at times mid transition.
