Cordor Coal Mines Chest - Persistently Empty

Description of Bug Experienced:
The chest near the Sahuagin in the Cordor (Farmlands) Coal Mines (Grotto) map is persistently empty, and has been on every character I've interacted with it on over the past two years.

Only a little thing, but suspect it might be set to reset on a server restart rather than the usual timer.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Open the chest.

Expected Result:
1. Find some sort of loot.

Actual Result:
1. Emptiness.

It's entirely possible I'm just very unlucky, and have come in behind someone else every time. Thought it was worth reporting on the chance I'm not.

It is a one-time-per-reset chest with a particular object inside. Not particular useful, but a small convenience, I guess. Not entirely sure why it is this way, but it's been that way since I started playing here.

Ah! Nevermind me, then. I assumed it was set up as a regular chest and was just being strange. Thanks for the clarification.
