When having summons that are affected by Conjuration foci bonuses out and you transition servers, they lose all bonuses given upon loading into the new server.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a persistent summon out in one server. Go to another server.
Expected Result:
Summons retain their conjuration foci bonuses.
Actual Result:
Summons are summoned as if you do not have any foci.

Here are some Planar Conduit Slaadi with Epic Conjuration Focus buffs and nothing else. Summoned on the Surface server.
Here are those same Slaadi, five minutes later on the CnP server.

This has affected all other persistent summons that I've tested. Different conduits, summon creature IX, warlock summon.
