Description of Bug Experienced:
A number of the Flaming Fist henchmen are non-recruitable, and seems to have been for a time now. Once the needed Leadership requirement is met, the dialogue to discuss the henchman joining is opened up, but without the possibility to pick the "recruit" option. This affects 3-4 or so of the Flaming Fist henchmen, the rest are recruitable.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Speak to the Flaming Fist Henchmen with the required Leadership skills.
Expected Result:
Be able to recruit.
Actual Result:
"Recruit"-dialogue opens, but without recruit possibility. Screenshots below will show the lack of the "second" dialogue-option.
