Bard Song not refreshing on allies!

Description:

As the title says! Not sure if a bug or is intended, but after the recent update that fixed Lich Lyrics... Now my Bard songs are not refreshing on my allies. I can change the one on me, still, but not them.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Cast Bard song with party member.
2.Cast either the same Bard song, or a different one.

Expected result:

Bard song should either refresh the duration, or change to new song.

Actual result:

The Bard refreshes his own song, or changes his own song, but his allies still have the first one... with no refreshing.

Which Server(s)?:

All of them so far.

Bard song also cancels Expertise mode , not sure if that's intentional.

Saw the update on the discord, and it has been a reset since then... Still having the issue, aaaaah!
