Feint Cancelled by Addy Bracer of Aggression

Addy Bracer of Aggression cancels Swasbuckler feats like Feint.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Log on the PCGG, make a troll build (jk just make a Swashbuckler with at least 14 levels.)
2. -shop, purchase and equip an Addy Bracer of Aggression.
3. Try smacking someone with a finessable weapon (was using a mdamask rapier.)

Expected result
-----------------------
Feint will proc and their CON/STR will be reduced by your hard INT modifier.

Actual result
-------------------
Feint doesn't proc at all. Unequipping/re-equipping the bracer made the different between Feint proccing or not.
