Daylight penalties on the PGCC

This is a super minor thing but would it be possible to turn off sunlight or sunlight penalties on the PGCC?

It's annoying to get the penalty when testing a drow there and I don't see any upside to it, unless I am missing some reason it's needed. Thanks.

I would also request horses being able to be mounted in the arena. Currently to test any mounted combat one can only use the playground.
