Tacklebox Weight Reduction

Description of Bug Experienced:
Having some odd interactions with the tacklebox, unsure if this will be worked out in the phases or if its a bug.

But as you add things to the tacklebox, it doesn't seem to apply any weight reduction... in fact after some it totals the weight to -greater- then all the components.

My interactions:

Empty Tacklebox = 1.2lbs.
Added 6 hooks (1.2 lbs.) Tacklebox weighs 2.4 lbs now
Added 9 hooks (1.8 lbs.) Tacklebox weighs 4.2 lbs.
Added 55 bait (5.5 lbs) Tacklebox weighs 10.2 lbs. (even at normal weigh, it should be 9.7 not 10.2)

Repeatedly tried taking in and out to check if bugged... and resulted in the same.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Put stuff in a tacklebox

Expected Result:
weight reduction

Actual Result:
no weight decrease, in fact weight INCREASE.

I can add that this is happening to the jewelry boxes as well. I use the "put all appropriate items in the box" dialogue option and now I'm suddenly carrying 20 extra pounds.
