Dirgesinger Curse Song - Not increasing Count

Description
When Levelling up as a Dirgesinger, I am not getting an increase in Curse Song Levels/uses per day.
Per the Synergy Description: Dirgesingers, however, retain their full Curse Song scaling for every Dirgesinger level, counting as if they'd taken a Bard level.


Steps to reproduce
Level up as a Dirgesinger.
I am building a Bard/PM/Dirge, so this may be doing something funky?

Expected result
My Curse Song counter to increase.

Actual result
No increase in Curse Songs.


Misc Notes
Transferring this character to PGCC to test them at higher levels, they only get an increase in Curse Song counter every 3 Dirgesinger levels, instead of every level as implied.
