Description of Bug Experienced:
I actually thought I reported this bug a while ago, but I cannot seem to find the post, so here we go:
Lightning Bolt (the third level spell), is currently bugged. If you kill more than one creature with the same lightning bolt, you only get experience points for the first creature hit/killed.
I experienced this first, when I played my abyssal warlock in the underdark and my lightning bolt killed both a skeleton and a skeletal colossus at the same time, and I only was awarded experience for the skeleton. I replicated it reliably several times, with various amounts of creatures. No matter the amount of creatures killed with one Lightning Bolt, you only are awarded experience for the first kill in the “chain”. As usual I double checked both the combat log and the character sheet while testing this.
I haven’t come across any other spell or ability, aoe or otherwise, where this issue is replicated.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Line up creatures
Shoot lightning bolt
Kill multiple enemies at the same time
Expected Result:
Gain experience for each creature killed
Actual Result:
Only gain experience for the first creature killed
