Assassin Board - Not Working

Description of Bug Experienced:
I guess i noticed this about a week ago, the board in the assassin HQ that you click to be told about the current marks available has stopped working

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
click the board in the assassin HQ

Expected Result:
To be told of marks with bounties on them

Actual Result:
nothing shows up

Huh so this is what it was. I thought when there were no contracts up the board just didn't say anything. Can confirm that for about a week the board outputs nothing if one clicks it.
