Endure Elements not working on shop stall

For the past couple of days I've been unable to "advertise" my shop by casting Endure Elements on it. The spell goes off, but the stall doesn't get the expected sparkle effect.

This has been intentionally disabled on fixtures for much the same reason that it was disabled for Premonition sourced on Sequencers.
That being it was becoming a performance and visual nuisance.
As such this is not a bug.

All right, no problem. Lesser Mind Blank still works as an "advertisement" spell for fixtures (I use it sometimes at least), so disable that one too if you want to get rid of them all.
