Uses of the new Coffee and Chocolate 'Potions'

Issue:
New herbalism potions, the coffee (ID: 1817) and the chocolate (ID: 1816), subtract off the stack wrongly. 2 are used up on use instead of 1.
Singular ones are useable without any problems.
