Dirty Fighting Super Flurry Bug

Instead of gaining access to the techniques instead max out on attacks when turning on dirty fighting. Level 9 character has a 10 attack flurry. This doesn't show on the character sheet but does apply to the combat log.

-relevel fixed it, so you may want to have a mandatory -relevel for those with dirty fighting

Have dirty fighting feat

Expected result
-----------------------
Can use the new dirty fighting techniques.

Actual result
-------------------
Gain 10 attacks a round in descending order. No sign of the different techniques.

This was a a character that already had dirty fighting (took it before the server reset). The server has been reset about 5 hours after the dirty fighting update was posted.

And a fix is in the pipeline. It won't force a relevel, just replace the old dirty fighting feat with the new one.
