Grumpy Parrot Cup is too grumpy

It's a pretty minor thing overall but having gotten to use the item for a bit now, and it' an ace easily, I'd say my main grievance is that it's very easy to accidentally interrupt the dialogue even by just accidentally moving compared to things like wisp bottles that retain their usability if interrupted. It doesn't matter a lot since you can just rest again but some kind of fix for the behavior would be a big QoL change for owners that benefit from careful rest moderation imo.
