paladin spells glitch?

So on my 6th level paladin I noticed that I cannot use spells. My spellbook does not show up and there are no slots to place the 0 level spells it says I do have. I have a +3 cha and after a DM told me i have no spell slots, I did my research on the wiki and according to that a paladin with my CHA and LVL should have multiple uses of spells. (including 1st lvl which seems to not exist.)

Is this a bug? Am I missing something? I even chose a different deity to match my paladins alignment but still no spells are granted. I did see something that says paladin spells are activated through the Special Abilities and Crafting options but when I do that only Craft Trap shows up there is nothing about a Spellbook.

I am on console so again, might be a glitch... but any info on this would be much appreciated.

Is this a +3 CHA from items, or do you have a base CHA of 16?

I created him with 16 Cha at a +3 bonus. No items.

Could you PM me exactly how your PC is built? Race, Attribute spread, Feats, how it is being leveled up etc?

Sadly the console version of NWN never got the update to support custom spellbooks, so it can't handle classes like Paladin or Spellsword.
