Large Shield Appearances appear to be broken

Anyone else seeing this?

When changing the appearance of a large shield (either wood or steel) some of the options turn into a low resolution gold reflective (un-highlighted) or shiny white when hovering or using tab.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Using the rest menu, go to Appearance, Modify Shield, step through the different styles and eventually you'll hit several in a row that do not appear correctly

Expected result
-----------------------
Different appearances that were available about a month ago

Actual result
-------------------
Shield appears to be low res, gold or white shiny, bottle cap

This also happens to my friend, same area, we're in our house in Bendir.

Which Server(s)?
------------------------
Only tried it on Surface then change it to something else before going to another server

happens for all shields larger than a buckler on surface and CnP
