New wand spell DC not affected by Spell Focus

Out of curiosity, does this issue also occur with other spells or is it just persistent area of effect ones?

When I do this on the PGCC, it's throwing a Spell DC of 11 for Cloud of Bewilderment, when a normal wand throws 15, and a full cast calculates as normal. Tested on the PGCC, other wands seem to be working right. If I had to guess, it's only taking the spell level into account, not the ability and feat modifiers.

Web works normally, as far as I was able to test on the PGCC by exporting a character that has the wands.

This will have to be fixed on a spell by spell basis, so let me know if you come across any other bugged spell DCs.
In any case, Cloud of Bewilderment will work properly within the next few days, so I'll move this to closed :)
