Spellbound wand cleric domain issue

The spellbound wand wont let you recharge it if the spell is a domain spell not on the cleric list, only spells that are on the cleric list itself will let you recharge them, It also lists domain spells as cleric -1 instead of 1, 2, or 3.

A fix for the recharge issue is live now, the displayed spell level should be fixed within the next few days :)
