Limiting details because its FOIG, but as someone who knows the riddle, I don't think it's currently working.

I was experiencing difficulties with it last night as well and decided to log out and hope a reset fixed things. The statue mouths weren't spawning in so I couldn't interact with any of them.

Unsure if this is the same issue RedGiant is having - Haven't been able to pop back in and check yet.

It seems the objects are breakable, and spells like call lighting would damage the object and make the maze a true trap. I really hope these objects have super high HP or just undestroyable.

Been going down there for four days across multiple resets to check. The same two are broken. Unless someone is sabotaging the dungeon in a highly specific manner over the course of several days, I'm thinking its broken.

*Edit - Maybe you are right. After today's check (the 4th), all three were not working. Maybe it is some form of vandalism? Still, if that is the case, recommend making the mechanism immortal so one could not ruin it for all.

Unless there is something new going on here we are not tracking.

Popped in and checked again, and it's still broken. Something is up.

Went through it a few days ago and everything was fine, nothing broken. I believe it was shortly after a reset and also morning EST when there are fewer people on. Possibly whatever breaks the faces hadn't happened yet for that day.

Update from today
the bug seems to still happen. a player have reported on discord that they're unable to do the puzzle.
