New Use Feat Commands
"-usefeat" is incredibly useful for a lot of reasons, including helping avoid unintentional friendly fire, it would be nice to see commands added for the new Dirty Fighting abilities and for the individual Called Shot versions (since the current called shot one just randomly picks one).

I definitely agree about the QoL aspect. However, Called Shot variants on -usefeat unfortunately won't happen unless we rework those (hardcoded) abilities entirely. The engine randomly chooses between them, and there is no way for scripts to select which variant should be used.
For Dirty Fighting, friendly fire at least is not a concern since all instant special attacks do some intelligent target validation before the actual attack. Your character wouldn't perform the attack if you target a neutral PC - if they do, please report this as a bug :)
However, -usefeat for Dirty Fighting is definitely approved, although it's a bit more work than it perhaps sounds like.
