It was suggested to me to file this as a bug report so that's what I'm doing!
Description
==========
When casting their cantrips Wildmages have a chance to trigger Wildsurges the same as when casting their other spells.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast some cantrips over and over as a Wildmage. Eventually you should Wildsurge.
Expected result
-----------------------
No Wildsurge.
Actual result
-------------------
Wild surges at what seems to be the typical rate.

In PvE this bug means that you're best off almost never using your cantrips for the most part because if you surge a monolith it replaces your current summon which means packs of undead (and the sequencer charges used to buff them) go to waste while 1/day summons like Planar Conduits are completely ruined without any recourse but to rest. In difficult PvE you should virtually never use your cantrips because of this risk.

The wild surges are working as intended. I will however look into causing the monolith surge to "vanish" if a summon is already present.

Personally quite like this though, with some luck and epic planar conduit it allows one to have a white slaad and a monolith on a rare occasion!
