Why:
As it stands, a single Standard Template (30 charges) will use 9 unstable slot fills to produce:
3000 Arrows
3000 Bolts
1500 Darts
1500 Throwing Knives
750 Throwing Axes
Which is a massive difference in the amount of ammunition produced for each type for the same production cost.
