Primitive Weapons for Nature classes and beast races

Classes: Rangers, Druids, Shamans, Barbs
Races: Wild Elf/Dwarf/Gnome, Half Orc, Goblin, Trog, Hobbo

If primitive weapon proficiency were added to these classes and races it would serve to increase the variety of weaponry that you see around the server and would thematically make sense while being a somewhat routine implementation as far as code changes go.
