Shamans don't get False Life

Description

Shamans don't get False Life at Spell level 2.

Steps to reproduce

Level up Shaman and try to pick False Life at Spell level 2 (character level 4).

Expected result

Be able to pick up False Life.

Actual result

I'm not able to pick up False Life.

Which Server(s)?

Surface and PGCC
