Stop Heart Visual Effect

I noticed that Stop Heart has no visual effect associated to it, which means the only way to know it is going to happen is reading the combat logs, which in the middle of a fight is very hard to do. I think it may be best to add a visual effect to it so it is easier to identify in the middle of a fight, or at least a text popup saying something like "You feel your heart fluttering."
