Description:
Liberators, despite being a divine class, don't have access to divine wands whereas classes like Paladin and Blackguard does not.
Misc Notes:
I messaged Kenji if this was deliberate or not and he said Liberators should have access to divine wands - told me I was fine to post a bug report about it
