Sorry if there's a thread for this sort thing. I couldn't see one that seemed to fit the bill. The registry agent in the tavern/brewery in Brog is one of those NPCs who broadcasts the conversation publicly and it's really inconvenient when RPing in there, seeing as people, quite understandably, need to scroll through pages of long text and then see writ descriptions. The spam is quite impressive.
Is there any chance this could be changed? And is there a specific thread/forum for pointing to needlessly shouty NPCs?
