Some races are a bit lacking in variety when it comes to heads, especially compared to humans. Arelith already has a number of heads from TheBarbarian headpack, and I don't see there being a reason not to implement more of them, especially for the underrepresented races (cough: Male Elves).
The Vault link for it appears to be down in addition to its attached previews, but thankfully someone put it up on dropbox, including the custom heads.

I would even volunteer to edit the PLT's to disassociate eyes from the tattoo color.
