Aasimar Halflings Cannot Make Dale Swords

Description of Bug Experienced:
Attempted to craft a Dale Sword as an Aasimar Halfling, and was unable to do so despite (on paper) meeting the requirements. Attempted on both Surface and C&P

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Gather up the required crafting materials as an Aasimar Halfling, go to any forge and try to craft a Dale Sword

Expected Result:
Dale Sword project is started

Actual Result:
Unable to start work on a Dale Sword

Additional Information/Notes
I'm told that similar issues are/were present for subraces of other races (tiefling elf not beeing able to make an elfblade, aasimar dwarf not being able to make a rune weapon)

Still encountering this bug, was told it was okay to bump.

Same was true for true for Moonelf Aasimar anf Elfblades for what it’s worth.

This still affects the crafting recipes. Specifically I've discovered my Moon Elf Tiefling can't make an Elfblade. Is this an actual bug or intended?

I'm a Shield Dwarf Tiefling / Earthkin Defender and I cannot craft Bulwark Plate. It seems this is in line with similar reports as listed above.
