In the recent rogue update, rogue is supposed to add a portion of its levels to clvl. One of the example builds given was to suggest something akin to 23/4/3 with monk and rogue to achieve 29 clvl. 23 + 3 from seeker +3 from rogue. This does not happen.
Expectation;
29 clvl when casting.
Reality;
Something is amiss. Before the update I was able to achieve clvl 29 as 26/4 with monk/seeker. I'm not sure if rogue levels broke in the update, or if seeker clvl broke in the update, but one of the two is not tracking. It isn't the tracker that's broken, because my spell durations are also scuffed.
