This suggestion is threefold.
We already have Guldorand start at level 16. I think that has been a wonderful addition. Could we get Andunor level 16 start? Guldorand allows you to start there, but being a surface race you can go anywhere you please from there. Andunor has no such equivalent for UD races.
I'd also suggest to expand the available awards in this regard.
Greater Award: Start at level 24.
Major Award: Start at level 30.
I cannot overstate how much I hate grinding in this game, and I know I'm not the only one to feel this way. I think to have the option to skip the grind entirely and start with the RP alone would be a wonderful option. It being a Greater Award, or a Major award means it's not a casual choice to make either, as most unique races or concepts are locked behind them, and those awards are rare.
But sometimes you don't want to play a strange thing. Sometimes you just want to play a normal character and skip the grind.
