Disabling all hostile actions in setup area

Disabling all hostile actions in setup area

This is for the PGCC server specifically. Can all hostile effects get disabled in the setup area?

Its getting rather irritating trying to experiment with a character, only to get someone to run up and cast maze or baleful polymorph on me, which completely removes your ability to do anything other than wait until the spell wears off.

This unfortunatly has been a semi-regular occurance the last few days.

The bobo test dummy can easily be moved to another area.....and probably could use a buff or regeneration. It usually gets smashed relatively quickly and is gone until the next reset.

This should already be the case for hostile spells. If it is not, I can disable magic spells entirely from the area.
