Description of Bug Experienced:
Heya! So, I am building a weird character that likely won't survive too long in its current iteration, but in short it's based on Dirty Fighting!
So, I have Brawler and Pugilist, and figured I'd use a shield and nothing in my main hand to keep access to all three types of saves from Dirty Fighting. Only... Throw Sand doesn't work with a shield in your off hand, but nothing in your main hand. It says there is 'no free hand', when there plainly is.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Create a character with Dirty Fighting
- Equip a shield in the off-hand (And no weapon in the main hand)
- Attempt to use Throw Sand
Expected Result:
Use of Throw Sand would go through as usual, as the main hand is free, satisfying the Dirty Fighting requirements.
Actual Result:
It will say that this cannot be done without a free hand, despite having a free hand.

Additional Information/Notes
Seems a simple fix, or so I hope...! Throw sand is the best Dirty Fighting technique to have available sadly, since Fort saves are always massive and I can't sneak attack off the Will Save versions...!
