What is the point of this if you can't bind a key to the slot?
I can fully appreciate how useful this is for UMD objects, occasional spells, and for people who aren't skilled at prioritising the Open/CRTL/Shift F1-12's. It's a cool idea, I just don't understand why we wouldn't first find a way to bind keys to it.

Because there isn't a way to catch key presses, no matter how hard we try 
.
It's still immensely useful for things which are used more rarely and potions / wands / scrolls. Thank you!
Thanks for this, it is an incredible addition and as someone who struggles with hotbar space on every character I play, this is a lifesaver. I just wonder if there could be a way to adjust how many slots there are on the hotbar? For example, I could have a hotbar with just a few slots on one side of my screen for swapping between my weapons, another on the other side for swapping my main gear etc. This could be done currently with the full size toolbars, but honestly I don't want to have an entire extra toolbar stretched across my screen if I'm not going to fill it, because I just have 3-4 items i want and my first NUI toolbar is full up. Thanks.
