For reference:
This item is a semi-rare loot. It has a use of remove fear.
Both for the fun of being a trinket in roleplay and a consumable, I think it would be a good change if these could be made via tailoring.
EDIT: Worth mentioning would be that it could be strong being re- usable with a 1x1 remove fear with even one use per rest, so else it could be worth changing it to a charge basis or once and it is consumed but may still be used for a trinket.
