There is no reason why Kobolds should be forced to waste a gift (We're already mechanically one of the weakest races available, why punish us more?) to take Gift of Devotion, to be able to worship the draconic gods they have been worshipping for a very long time.
Kobolds losing the ability to worship draconic deities was a highly controversial decision done despite a large amount of protest of the Kobold playing community.
It makes no sense that kobolds are forced to take gifts they should not have to, to continue worshipping their gods they have been for ages.
Please remove the requirement that Kobolds cannot Worship draconic pantheon gods without gift of devotion. They didn't need to do so before until, again, a controversial change forced them to.
