Add gnoll to the gnoll options

I know the title may be confusing, but it’ll make sense in a moment.

There is a gnoll in a FOIG location who sells special rogue things to those who are fluent in thieves cant.

I suggest that the Gnoll language be added as another option to access his wares.

Please add gnoll to the gnoll options!
