Barbarians are much different on Arelith. If I remember correctly you could take literally one level of Barbarian on default Neverwinter and get amazing bonuses for it in rage, which was a little ridiculous.
On the other hand, everyone who wants to get some BaB/discipline access/general combat effectiveness seems to go fighter. Everyone who wants to play a beefy multiclassed martial character tends to include fighter levels. It feels dull.
The suggestion:
Make early barbarian levels a little more valuable so that we have more diversity in builds. Make 4-6 barbarian levels somewhat viable compared to 4-6 fighter levels.
