Spellsword Breach Resistance Not Functioning

Description of Bug Experienced:
Spellsword class not correctly reducing the number of breaches applied by 1.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be lesser spell breached as a level 30 (28 is when they receive it supposedly) Spellsword.

Expected Result:
1 spell breached.

Actual Result:
2 spells breached.

This is still bugged.

I think this one is intentional, spellswords breach resistance doesn't reduce the number below 2

From the discord in #announcements:

Breach Changes

All breaches do a minimum of 2 breaches regardless of Breach Resistance or not if the original breach amount is at least 2 breaches.
