Hello!
There is a quarter in the Benwick Lake map that is currently only purchasable by forest gnomes and wild dwarves. It has been my experience that narrowing it to these two races only results in it rarely, if ever, being owned.
I understand that the place is meant to be very thematic, and I do like that. So, my suggestion would be to make the quarter available for purchase by nature classes (such as druids, rangers, shaman and barbarians) in addition to the nature-themed races (such as forest gnome, wild dwarf, wild elf, fey).
I think it is a very nice area and it would be good to give it the opportunity to be more widely used, while still keeping in-theme with the area.
