- Grants constant boons or penalties based on its level, akin to bard song but much less powerful and with incremental effects spread across the morale spectrum.
- Morale constantly moves toward 0%, regardless of which end of the spectrum it's on.
- A variety of activities increase morale, such as eating high quality food, praying, resting in a [Rest] area, defeating a boss, Bard Song, etc...
- Unconsciousness, death, death of a party member, certain Illusion spells, and fear decrease morale.
- Traveling with others decreases morale attrition, and increases recovery rate when negative.
- Other stuff, maybe. Inspiring speeches? Dunno.
