Rice Wine no effect

Description of Bug Experienced:
Tested the new rice wine effect, using a freshly made rice wine appear to give no bonuses what so ever.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Create a rice wine and drink it within 15 minutes

Expected Result:
50% poison damage immunity and +2save vs poison

Actual Result:
No effect

Additional Information/Notes
Tested on live by drinking it then running around mushrooms, my save bonus was same as my fort bonus no +2 and I took full damage from poison (minus 5 from essence) no damage reduction from immunity.

This appears to still be bugged, im taking full damage from mushroom spore poison after drinking rice wine.

I get the +2 save vs poison but no 50% poison immunity.
Not simply a display error, spore clouds do up to 20 damage, between 50% immunity and a 5 resist item I should be taking no more than 5 damage, instead I am taking 10-15.
