Description of Bug Experienced:
I am a Warlock Pale master, my UCL should be 5. Whenever I use the Pale master Radial menu to summon undead it is lowered to 3 or 1. When I use the Warlock's Spell Book it appears to still work.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast Summon Greater Undead from the Pale master Radial Menu.
Expected Result:
I expect a T5 undead summon to appear.
Actual Result:
I get a T3 undead summon appearing instead.

This happened after the change to UCL announced on the 17/4/2024. This happened on Underdark and Surface servers.
