Elemental Annihilation timer is not working

After casting EA there is timer for 1 round before it can be casted again, otherwise it's casted with no effect.

This does not work everytime.

Example:
Hasted elementalist starts with EA, then casts some spell (tried a lot of various spells - no difference), then attempts another EA on the start of a second round, everything was in quee so there is no chance for delay.
Second EA should already be effective, is casted at the begining of second round as third spell, but not everytime such approach works.
Tested many times and success rate of EA feels like 50%. Makes spell very unstable.

I think this is due to NWN's general instability, timers and such are specially aggravated when the server is overstressed - area effects are particularly susceptible to this.
Fixing this would require a balance discussion to either remove the immunity timer, or some alternative coding that I can't imagine right now.

Given that elemental annihilation is a feat now, maybe put it on cd for same amount of time?

how often are people spamming annihilation on different group;s of target that it would differ in functionally from a cd to immunity.

The immunity timer has been reduced by 1 second. Hopefully this will fix the issue.

This should be fixed.
If you still get immunity after the second spell, consider that all spells have a bit of casting time variance, but in real time this should still be accurate.
