Epic Harbinger: Divine Patronage

Continuing along with my reports on Harbinger bugs.
Divine Patronage stats that Epic Harbingers with both Divine Shield and Divine Might, apply both effects simultaneously.
However, when attempting to use either ability in game, only the activated ability applies it's effect. I am gaining no AC from Divine Might, nor any damage from Divine Shield.

to clarify, you do have 23 harbinger levels? the synergy doesnt apply unless you have at least 23 actualt harb levels.
